Hardscaping & masonry
Patios, walls, and walkways built on a base that laughs at freeze-thaw.
Bluestone, granite, brick, travertine, porcelain pavers. The patio is the room you live in from May to October. So it has to be flat, drain right, and not heave when March hits. We set everything on a deep, properly compacted base because New England punishes shortcuts.
What we build
Full masonry and hardscape scope, in-house.
- Bluestone, granite & travertine patios
- Natural stone & modular retaining walls
- Front walkways, steps & stoops
- Driveways: pavers, cobblestone aprons & belgian block
- Outdoor kitchens, grill stations & fire features
- Pool decks, coping & pool surrounds
- Sitting walls, pillars & entry columns
- Repair & re-leveling of existing hardscape
Deep, compacted base
Most patio failures come from a base that's too shallow. Ours goes deeper than code and gets compacted in lifts.
Real drainage
Every patio pitches away from the house. Channel drains and French drains where needed — not tacked on later.
Materials that last
Full-thickness natural stone, not thin veneer. Polymeric joint sand. Sealers where they earn their keep.
